About
I'm so glad you're here! As a pharmacist, mom of 4, and wellness enthusiast, I have so much that I'm excited to share with you. My kitchen is my laboratory and that is truly where the magic of wellness and self care happens. Thriving is about so much more than counting macros (although we can definitely get into that)- It's about finding balance in our lives. Our food is such a huge part of our lives and it plays a major role in how we (and our families) think, feel, and perform. Stick with me, and we'll have you thriving as the best version of you!
